1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop by consumers and businesses.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor their independent professional activity.

2. Contract Formation

The product presentations in the online shop do not constitute binding offers, but rather an invitation to place an order.

By clicking the "Checkout" button, you place a binding order for the items in your shopping cart. The confirmation of receipt of the order follows immediately after the order is submitted and does not yet constitute acceptance of the contract.

The contract is concluded when we process the payment through Stripe and send a confirmation email.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices shown include the applicable statutory VAT. Shipping costs are indicated separately before completing the order.

Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and other payment methods supported by Stripe.

4. Delivery

We offer worldwide shipping. Delivery times vary depending on your location and will be communicated during the order process.

Standard delivery: 7-21 business days depending on destination.

Free shipping on orders over 50 EUR.

5. Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier) receives the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a clear statement (e.g., email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

6. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal.

We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction. You shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

7. Warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply. If a defect exists at the time of delivery, the statutory provisions apply.

8. Promo Codes

Promo codes are valid for a limited time and can only be used once per order. Promo codes cannot be combined. We reserve the right to revoke promo codes at any time.

9. Applicable Law

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer with your habitual residence in the EU, you also enjoy the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.

10. Dispute Resolution

We are not willing or obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
